Funding Strategy

We structure a tailored funding solution for each project, combining senior bank finance with private investor capital. This approach maximizes leverage while ensuring the necessary resources are in place for smooth project execution.

Step 3

Investment Phase

Once the funding is secured, APG Capital initiates the development process. We draw down the necessary capital and allocate funds to land acquisition, construction, and operational costs while keeping investors informed about project progress.

Step 4

Investor Onboarding

We onboard investors by completing legal agreements, performing due diligence, and setting up secure accounts for their capital. At this stage, investors become official stakeholders in the development with clear terms and expected returns.

Step 5

Monitoring & Interest

Throughout the project, APG Capital closely monitors construction progress, budget adherence, and timelines. We maintain regular communication with investors, providing updates, site visits, and managing any interest payments or interim returns as per agreement.

Step 6

Project Completion & Capital Return

Upon completion, we execute the exit strategy, whether through sale, lease, or refinancing. Proceeds are used to repay capital, distribute profits, and finalize returns to investors, closing the project successfully with full financial reporting.
